Youth Potential’s mentoring program is devoted to empowering youth ages 13-19 through relationships with young adults and fellow mentees. Our goal is for youth to become grounded in their bicultural identity, find a support system and community through their new friendship.

Mentors are matched 1-to-1 with youth living in the Los Angeles and Orange County area. Our program requires a 6 month or 1-year commitment for our youth to develop a stable, lasting relationship with their mentor. Each youth is matched with a mentor according to their interests, hobbies, needs, and consideration of living area.
